04Before you go
- The official notice lists train maintenance on 12–21 and 26 October 2026. Availability of this specific product must be confirmed.
- The tunnel route includes about 700 metres and more than 240 steps. Suitable fitness is required; expect low ceilings and uneven footing.
- Ferry travel to the island is not included.
- Check the meeting arrangements, participation requirements and any additional charges in the booking form before submitting.
Cancellation fees
- 6 or more business days before the tour date: no cancellation fee.
- 5–3 business days before the tour date: 50% of the total booking amount.
- 2 business days before the tour date or later: 100% of the total booking amount (non-refundable).
Business days are Monday to Friday in Perth, excluding Western Australian public holidays. The tour date is not counted. These fees apply to customer cancellations after the booking is confirmed.
