English newsletter and SendGrid

If you subscribe to the English newsletter, your name, email address and subscription status are synchronised with SendGrid. The Japanese and English subscriptions are managed separately. You can unsubscribe in your account or through the link in an email. Account verification, security and private offer notifications continue even if you unsubscribe.

We retain a history of subscription choices, including the time, source, wording version and relevant security data, so that we can honour and demonstrate your preference.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to operate Perth News, where you ask us to do so, or where required by law. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose, security, dispute handling and legal obligations.
