- For self-arrival, go to Rottnest Fast Ferries at Shop 56, Southside Drive, Hillarys Boat Harbour WA 6025. Transfer passengers should use their confirmed pickup point.
- When to arrive
- For self-arrival, allow 60 minutes before the ferry leaves. Boarding starts 30 minutes before departure and closes 10 minutes before. Hotel pickup times are separate.

- Courtesy transfers from selected Perth accommodation must be requested in advance.
- The official return-arrival time and the listed island-departure time use different reference points; the final schedule will be checked before booking.
- Check the meeting arrangements, participation requirements and any additional charges in the booking form before submitting.
Cancellation fees
- 6 or more business days before the tour date: no cancellation fee.
- 5–3 business days before the tour date: 50% of the total booking amount.
- 2 business days before the tour date or later: 100% of the total booking amount (non-refundable).
Business days are Monday to Friday in Perth, excluding Western Australian public holidays. The tour date is not counted. These fees apply to customer cancellations after the booking is confirmed.
