- Free return transfers serve selected hotels in Perth CBD, Northbridge, Scarborough and the Sunset Coast. Book at least 24 hours ahead; stops depend on your sailing.
- Meeting point
- For self-arrival, go to Rottnest Fast Ferries at Shop 56, Southside Drive, Hillarys Boat Harbour WA 6025. Transfer passengers should use their confirmed pickup point.
- When to arrive
- For self-arrival, allow 60 minutes before the ferry leaves. Boarding starts 30 minutes before departure and closes 10 minutes before. Hotel pickup times are separate.

04Before you go
- Rottnest has hills. You must be able to ride a bicycle safely and independently.
- Sailings, deposits and included equipment will be confirmed when bookings open.
- Check the meeting arrangements, participation requirements and any additional charges in the booking form before submitting.
Cancellation fees
- 6 or more business days before the tour date: no cancellation fee.
- 5–3 business days before the tour date: 50% of the total booking amount.
- 2 business days before the tour date or later: 100% of the total booking amount (non-refundable).
Business days are Monday to Friday in Perth, excluding Western Australian public holidays. The tour date is not counted. These fees apply to customer cancellations after the booking is confirmed.
Dates, party size and additional fees may affect the total.
