- This is an island-only tour. Ferry travel to Rottnest is not included.
- The official page lists a fuel surcharge of AUD 1 per person. Its application to the displayed price will be checked before booking.

Cancellation fees
- 6 or more business days before the tour date: no cancellation fee.
- 5–3 business days before the tour date: 50% of the total booking amount.
- 2 business days before the tour date or later: 100% of the total booking amount (non-refundable).
Business days are Monday to Friday in Perth, excluding Western Australian public holidays. The tour date is not counted. These fees apply to customer cancellations after the booking is confirmed.
