- For self-arrival, go to Rottnest Fast Ferries at Shop 56, Southside Drive, Hillarys Boat Harbour WA 6025. Transfer passengers should use their confirmed pickup point. On the island, meet the tour bus at the Main Bus Stop.
- When to arrive
- For self-arrival, allow 60 minutes before the ferry leaves. Boarding starts 30 minutes before departure and closes 10 minutes before. Hotel pickup times are separate. Reach the island bus stop 10 minutes before the bus departure.

Cancellation fees
- 6 or more business days before the tour date: no cancellation fee.
- 5–3 business days before the tour date: 50% of the total booking amount.
- 2 business days before the tour date or later: 100% of the total booking amount (non-refundable).
Business days are Monday to Friday in Perth, excluding Western Australian public holidays. The tour date is not counted. These fees apply to customer cancellations after the booking is confirmed.
