- Check the required check-in time for your cruise. The 09:00 or 12:00 sailing time is not your hotel pickup time.

- The no-sighting return-cruise policy has conditions, including eligible travel dates.
- Bring a warm layer and sun protection.
- Check the meeting arrangements, participation requirements and any additional charges in the booking form before submitting.
Cancellation fees
- 6 or more business days before the tour date: no cancellation fee.
- 5–3 business days before the tour date: 50% of the total booking amount.
- 2 business days before the tour date or later: 100% of the total booking amount (non-refundable).
Business days are Monday to Friday in Perth, excluding Western Australian public holidays. The tour date is not counted. These fees apply to customer cancellations after the booking is confirmed.
Dates, party size and additional fees may affect the total.
