- Hotel pickups are generally 07:00–07:30; Crown pickup is 07:45. Arrive 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup, not at the 08:00 tour departure time.

04Before you go
- The operator notice dated 1 July 2026 advises that kangaroo feeding and contact at the wildlife park are suspended until further notice.
- The 4WD section is not suitable for pregnant guests, people with back problems or children under four.
- Check the meeting arrangements, participation requirements and any additional charges in the booking form before submitting.
Cancellation fees
- 6 or more business days before the tour date: no cancellation fee.
- 5–3 business days before the tour date: 50% of the total booking amount.
- 2 business days before the tour date or later: 100% of the total booking amount (non-refundable).
Business days are Monday to Friday in Perth, excluding Western Australian public holidays. The tour date is not counted. These fees apply to customer cancellations after the booking is confirmed.
Dates, party size and additional fees may affect the total.
