04Before you go
- The official page advises that the Ardyaloon hatchery is closed for restoration.
- Older itinerary stops such as Cape Leveque are no longer included.
- The scenic flight requires confirmation with an external flight operator. Weight, baggage and booking-deadline conditions apply.
- Check the meeting arrangements, participation requirements and any additional charges in the booking form before submitting.
Cancellation fees
- 6 or more business days before the tour date: no cancellation fee.
- 5–3 business days before the tour date: 50% of the total booking amount.
- 2 business days before the tour date or later: 100% of the total booking amount (non-refundable).
Business days are Monday to Friday in Perth, excluding Western Australian public holidays. The tour date is not counted. These fees apply to customer cancellations after the booking is confirmed.
