クイーンルーム 週＄400 (光熱費込み+Wifi)
お部屋にはベットと大きな鏡付きクローゼット(必要であれば机もつけれます)
ボンド 2週間分(退去時に何も問題がなければ全額返金。)
バスルーム(シャワールームは個人で使って頂けますがおトイレだけ、オーナーのご家族、又はお友達が来た時だけシェアさせてください)
キッチンとランドリールームは共有で, 駐車場はoff street parking になります。
オーナーはオーストラリア人の父、母と15歳の娘さん３人家族です。
共働きで、娘さんはホームスクーリングでたまにアルバイトをしています。
お父さんの仕事の関係上(夜勤&長時間労働)、常識があり、オーナー家族のプライバシーを尊重できる人。学生さんや、フルタイムでお仕事してる方、FIFOの方大歓迎。
英語環境に浸りたい方には最高の環境！

We are looking for a female to share our newly built 4 x 3 modern home, located in the popular area of Scarborough . Walking distance to the beach, Brighton Rd Deli, and close to public transport.
$400 per week including utility bills and WIFI. Furnished ground floor room with queen size bed and built in robe with room for a desk if required. Private bathroom with shared W/C when owners have guests. Generous sized shared kitchen and laundry with parking available if required.
2 weeks bond required which is refunded when you vacate if there are no outstanding issues.
About the owners: We are an Australian family of three, Husband and wife with 15yo daughter. Both husband and wife working with daughter currently home schooling and working part time.
We would appreciate someone who is respectful and live with us quietly so students, full time workers and FIFO workers preferred. We do occasionally work night shifts with long hours, so respect to privacy is required.
It will be a perfect place to live if you are seeking an English environment.
Strictly no parties, no smoking and preferred no visitors to respect owners’ privacy. (Visitors strictly by owners’ approval)
