Scarboroughにあるタウンハウスでバルコニー・エアコン付きのマスタールームが1つ空きます。
賃貸期間：8月9日～11月7日までの3か月の短期のみ

男性シェアメイト（とても静かなブラジル人学生）が1人おり、その方とバスルームを共有することになります。
パーキングスペース有、410番のバス停は家から50ｍ、412番のバス停は家から200ｍ

Rental period:
Short-term only — from 9th August to 7th November (3 months)
Rent: $300 per week for single occupancy
or $400 per week for a couple (Utilities included)
There is one male housemate — a very quiet Brazilian student — and you will be sharing the bathroom with him.
Parking space available. Bus stop No. 410 is 50m from the house, and bus stop No. 412 is 200m from the house.

以前、イーストパースのシェアハウスに行ったことがあるのですが、他の方が来るだろうと値段をもっと上げる方法で催促した韓国の方がいます。 韓国のサイトで名前を変えながら活動を続けていたのですが、ここでも見られるので注意が必要かと思い投稿しました。 よくニックネームを変えながら以前の行跡もすべて消す方式は何か良くない行跡があるように感じますね
