Hello, this is a house located in Beechboro.
It will be available for move-in starting from the 25th.
It's a 4x2 house shared by a total of 5 people.
live with 4 koreans
The house is located near a primary school and is situated inside a quiet area, so the neighborhood is safe.
There is a shopping center, library, golf course, etc. within a 3-minute drive. However, it may be inconvenient if you don't have a car.
Parking is available.
There’s also a swimming pool and you can enjoy a BBQ with a fire pit.
It’s about a 13-minute drive to Costco.
We provide:
Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, toilet paper, detergent, kitchenware, various seasonings, capsule coffee, rice, etc.
As for the fridge, you will be sharing one large fridge between two people

4ベッドルーム・2バスルームのシェアハウスで、全体で5人で住んでいます。現在、韓国人4名と一緒に住んでいます。
【入居可能日】
4月25日から入居可能です。
【立地】
静かな住宅街にあり、小学校の近くで治安も良い地域です。
車で3分圏内にはショッピングセンター、図書館、ゴルフ場などがあり便利です。
ただし、車がないと少し不便かもしれません。
駐車スペースもあります。
【設備】
敷地内にはスイミングプールがあり、焚き火付きのバーベキューも楽しめます。
Costco（コストコ）までは車で約13分です。
【提供されるもの】
Wi-Fi、電気、ガス、トイレットペーパー、洗剤、調理器具、各種調味料、カプセルコーヒー、お米などが含まれます。
冷蔵庫は、大型のものを2人でシェアする形になります。
