Minimum departure size: 4 guests across all sales channels. Confirmed by the operator.

Monday–Thursday requests close 24 hours before departure or pickup. Requests made Friday–Sunday can select the following Tuesday or later. We normally advise the outcome within 24 hours, or up to 72 hours over weekends.

Participation terms

Bookings are on request. Your card is authorized first and charged after supplier approval. The departure and final meeting details are confirmed after approval.

Cancellation fees

6 or more business days before the tour date: no cancellation fee.
5–3 business days before the tour date: 50% of the total booking amount.
2 business days before the tour date or later: 100% of the total booking amount (non-refundable).

Business days are Monday to Friday in Perth, excluding Western Australian public holidays. The tour date is not counted. These fees apply to customer cancellations after the booking is confirmed.
