Seoul Hoppers is a modern Korean fusion restaurant located in Leederville, Perth, Western Australia.

We specialise in creative Korean fusion cuisine, combining traditional Korean flavours with modern cooking techniques and presentation. Our menu features Korean-inspired tapas, noodles, and signature meat dishes, with a strong focus on quality, creativity, and consistency.

We are looking for an **experienced Cook or Chef** who is passionate about food, takes pride in their work, and is interested in growing together with our restaurant.

We value not only cooking skills and experience, but also a positive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas.

- Part-Time or Full-Time available

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Independently managing a kitchen section during service
- Maintaining food quality and consistency
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Contributing to menu development and improvements

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
- Ability to work independently during busy service
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, responsible, and well-organised
- Interest in Korean or Asian fusion cuisine
- Willingness to learn, develop skills, and grow with the team
- Looking for a long-term position

Applicants currently living in Sydney, Melbourne, or other Australian cities are also welcome if willing to relocate to Perth.
