FOH SUPERVISOR WANTED – SEOUL HOPPERS
Seoul Hoppers is looking for an experienced FOH Supervisor to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who is confident on the floor, provides excellent customer service, and can take responsibility for keeping FOH service running smoothly.
About the Role
Part-time position to start
Opportunity to move into a full-time role based on performance
Managing customer service and overall guest experience
Supervising day-to-day FOH operations
Supporting and guiding FOH team members during service
Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
Handling customer enquiries and service issues when required
What We’re Looking For
Previous restaurant FOH experience is essential
Current Approved Manager qualification is required
Must be available to work weekends
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Bar experience is highly regarded
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organised and responsible
Able to stay calm and make decisions during busy service
A positive team player with a hands-on attitude
Pay
Pay will be in accordance with Fair Work requirements and negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
We are looking for someone who would like to grow with the business and potentially step into a full-time position in the future.
