We’re looking for two housemates to share a double room near Perth CBD / Northbridge.
Long-term tenants are preferred, especially students or people who are currently working.
There are currently two Korean male students living in the house.

Rent
All prices are per person.
- Short stay (1–2 weeks): $320/week including bills
- Long term (6 months+): $250/week excluding bills
- For stays between 1–6 months, the price can be negotiated.

House Details
- 2 double bedrooms with bunk beds
- 1 bathroom

Location & Transport
- Walking distance to Northbridge
- About 5 minutes’ walk to the Blue CAT bus and City Free Transit Zone
- Easy access to Perth CBD
- Close to a gym, parks, cafés, supermarkets and restaurants
