Single room in Kewdale

We’re looking for someone to move into a single room in our 4x2 house in Kewdale from 11th September.

💰 $230/week – all bills included
🔐 Bond: $460
📅 Minimum stay: 2 months
📢 2 weeks’ notice

🛏️ Room includes:
King single bed, bedding, desk & chair, bedside table, lamp, wardrobe & electric blanket.

🏠 House:
• Ecuadorian couple in the double room
• One Korean guy in another single room
• My partner and I live separately in the master bedroom
• Bathroom shared by 4 people, but one housemate works FIFO and is often away
• 2 toilets (one in the bathroom + one separate)
• Street parking available

📍 Location:
• 2-min walk to bus stop
• Approx. 30 mins by bus to Perth CBD
• 1-min walk to Tomato Lake
• 7–8 mins drive to Perth Airport

Looking for someone clean, respectful, easy-going and preferably a non-smoker. Long-term stay is preferred. 😊
