車で約3分のところにショッピングセンター、図書館、ゴルフ場などがあり、駐車も可能です🚗
Costcoまでは車で約13分です。
🚭 非喫煙者の方のみ募集しています。
家賃：週 $340（光熱費込み)
最低入居期間：6週間
退去通知：2週間前
家賃に含まれるもの：
Wi-Fi、電気、ガス、トイレットペーパー、洗剤、キッチン用品、各種調味料、カプセルコーヒー、お米などをご用意しています。
冷蔵庫は、大型冷蔵庫1台を2人でシェアして使用します。

Minimum stay: 6 weeks
Notice period: 2 weeks
