We’re looking for one female to move into a single room in a 4x2 house in Kewdale from September 1st.

💰 Rent: $240/week, including all bills
🔐 Bond: $480
📅 Minimum stay: 2 months
📢 Notice: 2 weeks

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful and preferably a non-smoker. Long-term stay is preferred.

🛏️ Room includes:

* King single bed
* Bedding
* Desk & chair
* Bedside table
* Lamp
* Wardrobe
* Electric blanket

🏠 House & Current Residents:

• Me and my partner lives in the separated ensuite room
• An Ecuadorian couple lives in the double room. The male partner works FIFO, so he is usually away from home.
• One Korean guy who works full-time lives in another single room.
• My partner and I live separately in the master bedroom.
• The bathroom is shared by 4 people, but one of them works FIFO and is usually away, so the bathroom is generally used by 3 people.
• There is one toilet in the bathroom, plus an additional separate toilet.
• Street parking is available.

📍 Great location:

* 🚌 2-minute walk to the bus stop to the city
* 🏙️ About 30 minutes by bus to Perth CBD
* 🌳 1-minute walk to Tomato Lake
* ✈️ 7–8 minutes drive to Perth Airport
