🏡 **Looking for an Own Room in Perth**

Hi everyone☺️

I am a Japanese student currently living in Perth and looking for an **own room** for a long-term stay.

I am planning to move around **2nd August**.

A little about me:

* Friendly and easy to get along with
* I enjoy chatting and saying hello, but I also respect everyone’s personal space and privacy
* Clean, tidy, and I like to keep shared areas neat
* Quiet, respectful, and responsible
* Looking for a peaceful and comfortable home

My preferred areas are **close to the CBD or with easy public transport access**.

**Budget:** Around **$250–300 per week**.

Also, my friend is currently looking for a room as well. She is also a student planning to stay in Perth long-term. She will be looking to move a little later than me. If there are **two rooms available**, that would be wonderful, but I am also happy to hear about a single room.
