・冷蔵庫スペースが広く、共有スペースの収納も充実
・ファームやパッキングシェッドが近く、セカンド・サードビザ用の指定地域，周辺に農場やパッキング工場があります

💰 ボンド（保証金）： 家賃2週間分
（退去時は2週間前までに通知が必要）

🧹 共用スペースは当番制で簡単な清掃を行い、日頃から清潔に保っていただきます。

• Eligible area for regional work days (88 days / specified work), and close to farms and packing sheds

💰 Bond: 2 weeks’ rent
(2 weeks’ notice required before moving out)
🧹 Simple cleaning roster for shared areas; tenants are expected to keep common areas tidy
