• IGA & Asian grocery store: 6minute walk
• Westfield Carousel: 10-minute walk
• Queens Park Station: 7-minute walk

(Google Maps may show a longer walking time as it doesn’t include the shortcut route.)

🏠 Brand-new IKEA furniture, bedding, and appliances

💡 Rent includes all bills and internet

• $240/week
• FIFO workers: $210/week

There are currently no house rules, but they may be introduced if needed.

I’m not overly strict, but please be considerate of others and avoid any behaviour that may disturb other housemates.
