* Master room (Own toilet + Own shower)
* One person $290 per week (including fastest WiFi, water, electricity, gas and dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, toilet paper, cooked rice)
* Available NOW
-Fully furnished; Queen bed, Desk, chair, Bed side table, built-in-wardrobe
-Quiet, Respectful environment
-Must be clean and tidy and able to look after the house.
-Sorry no smoker
-Total 5 people including you. Korean family of 3 + 1 Japanese guy. It’s big house and all the room in the house are master room so won’t see each other often.
-Bus stop just in front of the house. Bus to city stops here every 30 mins.
-6-7 street parking bay assigned in front of the house. Parking will be no issue. By car to the city only 10 minutes.
