**FOH SUPERVISOR WANTED – SEOUL HOPPERS** Seoul Hoppers is looking for an experienced **FOH Supervisor** to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is confident on the floor, provides excellent customer service, and can take responsibility for keeping FOH service running smoothly. **About the Role** * Part-time position to start * Opportunity to move into a full-time role based on performance * Managing customer service and overall guest experience * Supervising day-to-day FOH operations * Supporting and guiding FOH team members during service * Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure smooth service * Handling customer enquiries and service issues when required **What We’re Looking For** * Previous restaurant FOH experience is **essential** * Current **Approved Manager qualification is required** * Must be available to work **weekends** * Supervisory or leadership experience preferred * Bar experience is highly regarded * Strong communication and customer service skills * Reliable, organised and responsible * Able to stay calm and make decisions during busy service * A positive team player with a hands-on attitude **Pay** Pay will be in accordance with **Fair Work requirements** and negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
