Rent is $270 including all bills. Will live total 4 people in the house and you will share the bathroom with 1 person. (There are Korean share mates living in the house). 2 weeks bond, 2 weeks notice and no minimum stay. Looking for someone respectful, clean & tidy, and who loves a dog as we have a small dog!
