Hi, We are looking to rent our room in newly built house. Single room to rent located in Kensington 6151. 15min to CBD By Bus 5min walt to the bus station Street parking bay is also available if you own a car Room will be available from 08.Sep. Rent is $290 including all bills. Will live total 4 people in the house and you will share the bathroom with 1 another share person. (Currently there are 3 korean living in the house). 2 weeks bond, 2 weeks notice and no minimum stay. Looking for someone respectful, clean & tidy, and who loves a dog as we have 1 small dog too!
