We are looking for a housemate for a single room in our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Kewdale. 🏠 Rent: $240 per week 💰 Bond: $480 (2 weeks' rent) 📅 2 weeks' notice required ⏳ Minimum stay: 3 months We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, a non-smoker, and preferably interested in long-term accommodation. We enjoy a quiet and peaceful lifestyle with no parties, making this home ideal for someone who prefers a calm living environment. The room includes:• Single bed• Desk and chair• Bedside table• Wardrobe You will share the bathroom with 3–4 people. There are two toilets in the house – one inside the bathroom and another separate toilet. 🚗 Plenty of parking space available, so having a car is no problem. Location highlights: • Right next to Tomato Lake • 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop • Around 30 minutes to the city by bus • 3-minute drive to Belmont Forum • 10-minute drive to Perth Airport Please note that someone is living there at the moment, so photos are not available.
