Nice kitchen and lounge room. Shower and toilet shared with two other people. Location: Koondoola (Zone 2), a quiet residential area. Access: 20 minutes by car to the city, 20 minutes from Perth Airport. Nearest bus stop: 377, 8 minutes on foot; bus stop 360, approximately 11 minutes on foot (through the bush). Shopping: The Square Mirrabooka, 27 minutes by bus; Mirrabooka Village, 16 minutes by bus; Alexander Heights Shopping Centre, 22 minutes by bus; Koondoola Plaza, 17 minutes on foot; Summer Lakes Village, 15 minutes on foot. Terms and conditions: Rent $230 per week (bills, wifi, dish soap, toilet paper included). ' bond$460 required(have to pay the half of bond before moving in) All rooms are non-smoking. 2-week notice required. *Minimum stay 3 months. 3 people live in the house including me. No visitors allowed to enter the house. No parties allowed. NO drugs. Need to provide ID. Washing machine use is limited to twice a week. Shower time is limited to 8min or less. Turn off lights when not in use. (Water and electricity usage should be reasonable amount. ) Locking up the doors when you go out and coming back home. No shoes inside the house.
