Hello, We are looking for one female to move into the single room of a 3×2 house located in St. James. The rent is $250/week, which includes all bills. If you have a car, street parking is available. Even if you don’t, the area has convenient amenities, making it easy to live without a car. There will be four people living in the house, including the new housemate. We are looking for someone who follows basic house rules, keeps the house clean, and regularly cleans up after themselves. (Sorry, no smokers.) The notice period for both sides is 2 weeks. The room is available for move-in starting 31 March Rent: $250/week Bond: $500 We provide dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies.
