About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative candidate to join our team in Perth. Whether you’re an experienced sales professional or just starting out and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities
- Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Promote and sell our diverse range of Japanese food products.
- Process orders, manage client accounts, and ensure smooth, timely deliveries.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates to your manager.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings as needed.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity.
- Visit clients to uncover new opportunities and provide support.
Prepare quotes, record orders, and help arrange deliveries.
- Occasionally assist with deliveries or on-site warehouse support when required.
- Pitch in with general team duties as needed.
Requirements and skills
- A valid driver’s license (essential).
- Must hold a valid working visa with at least 2 years of work rights remaining.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean
- Sound understanding of Japanese culture and cuisine will be a bonus.
- Physically able to lift and move goods up to 15kg.
- Most importantly: someone who’s proactive, reliable, and enjoys working with people.
