If so, Join our team at an Eco-friendly cleaning service company in Perth!
We're seeking a casual team member who has the potential to be one of our future leaders within our company.
You'll mainly be working in domestic cleaning, covering areas in Perth such as Dianella, Subiaco, Leederville, North Perth, Wembley, Yokine, Mt Hawthorn, Woodlands, Starling, Belmont, Maylands, Bedford, and more.
We're flexible with working hours and can accommodate your preferred times between Mondays to Fridays during the days. (Basically between 8am - 4pm)
We provide comprehensive training.
If you have experience as a professional cleaner, that would be great.
Here's what you can expect in terms of payment (Based on Wageline) :
*During Trials: $28.50 per hour plus Superannuation
(a couple of hours for 3 days)
*During Training $30.09 per hour plus superannuation (Approximately 3 - 6 months, around 10 -20 hours weekly)
*After Training: from $30.50 per hour plus superannuation (Approximately 13 - 24 hours per week) - Chance to earn up to 33 per hour if you perform well and are committed to working.
*To become a leader and trainer $33 - $40 per hour plus superannuation
We provide Superannuation, all cleaning products, equipment, uniforms, workers' compensation insurance, and Motor vehicle allowance and paid travelling time (Between our clients' houses) if you use your own car.
We're looking for someone who:
loves cleaning, tidying up and organising! Or love to learn.
loves helping others with a passion to clean up and make their houses nice.

Has good English skills in speaking, writing, reading, and listening.

Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

is a non-smoker.
is physically fit and healthy.
has a good sense of detail and organisation.
