$70,000 – $75,000 per year + performance bonus
As the Restaurant Manager you will lead your team to deliver an exceptional restaurant experience. You will maintain a high standard of food preparation and service while striving to achieve outstanding restaurant results.
You will need:
A relevant Diploma qualification or at least 3 years employment experience within the hospitality industry.
At least 2 years relevant industry experience, Japanese Cuisine background preferred.
Customer focused and passion to create exceptional guest experiences.
Strong understanding of financials including budgets, forecasting and labour costs.
A strong desire to train, motivate and lead a team.
Display excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills.
Understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards.
Working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S
A current RSA Certificate, or Approved Manager Certificate.
