朝、9時から働ける方。週に3－5日、選択希望可能。子供の学校時間帯でも大丈夫です。
スクールホリデー中も働ける方で、一般的な会話を英語でできる方のみお願いします。
パースに住んでいる方で、長期間働ける方で掃除が好きな方、興味がある方、募集しています。
ワーキングホリデーの方は雇ってません。
Are You Passionate About Cleaning and Looking for a Flexible, Rewarding Opportunity?
Join our Eco-Friendly Cleaning Service team in Perth and make a real impact with your cleaning skills! We’re looking for new casual team members (Experienced Domestic Cleaners) to join us and help make homes shine while enjoying the flexibility to work on your terms.
Your Role: You’ll be primarily focused on domestic cleaning, covering various locations in Perth, especially North of the River (Dianella, Subiaco, Shenton Park, North Perth, Wembley, Yokine, Mt Hawthorn, Woodlands, Stirling, Maylands, Bedford, and more).
Flexible Work Schedule:
Choose your preferred days (Monday to Friday - minimum of 3 days) and working hours (between 9 AM and 5 PM).
Your selected days and times will likely become your regular shifts (Not Fixed). For example, if you choose Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 AM to 2 PM, these will likely be your regular hours. While working hours aren’t guaranteed, we’ll do our best to match your schedule preferences if you are committed and perform well.
--- Competitive Pay and Benefits ---
*Trial Period - 2 days:
1st day (unpaid) - you will showcase your cleaning skills for one hour.
2nd day ($32.31/hour + Super) - a couple of hours to complete a house cleaning.
*Training Period: $32.31/hour + Super (1-3 months, 6-15 hours/week approximately).
*Post-Training: Starting at $32.31/hour + Super (10 -15 hours/week approximately), plus incentives with the potential to earn up to $35/hour based on performance and commitment.
*Leader & Trainer Position: $35-$40/hour + Incentives + Super

What We're Looking For: We’re seeking someone who is:
Passionate about cleaning, tidying, and organising.
Dedicated to helping others and making homes shine.
Committed to a long-term role (more than 6 months).
Be able to work more than 3 days a week.
Local to our service areas in Perth.
Comfortable around animals and loves pets.
Positive, responsible, polite, friendly, and reliable.
Able to work well in a team and independently.
Flexible with hours and ready to adapt.
A non-smoker, physically fit, and detail-oriented.
