私たちは韓国人カップルです。
私たちは女性のシェアメイトを探しています。
私達の家はノースブリッジにあって、ブルーキャットバスのバス停から近いです。
また、ナビタス語学学校がとても近く歩いて2分で行けます。
構造はベッドルームが2つとバスルームが2つあるユニットアパートメントです。
私達は私達カップルを含めて3人で住む予定です。
そしてあなたはシングルルームと自分だけのバスルームを使えます。
また、私達自身もこのアパート借り始めたばかりです。
なのでキッチン器具のほとんどは新品です。
これらのリストは家賃に含みます。
・米
・トイレットペーパー
・食器洗い洗剤
・ランドリー洗剤、柔軟剤
・無制限Wi-Fi
・電気、水道代等の全ての光熱費
そして、このシングルルームの賃料（レント）は週$200で、ボンド$400（レント2週間分）

Hello, We are a couple from Korea. We are looking for a female share-mate.
Our house is located in Northbridge. So, You can use blue-cat bus station nearby. Especially, Navitas language school is very close. It takes 2 mins by walk.
And Building structure is unit apartment which has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We will live just 3 peoples in a house. So, You can
use your own bathroom. Also, we've started a rent just before now. Therefore, Almost of our kitchen appliances is brand new.
There is a list of inclusions.
• Rice
• toilet paper
• Kitchen detergent
• Laundry detergent and fabric softener
• Unlimited Wifi
• All of bills
That single room's price is $200 per week. Bond fee is $400(2weeks). And please notice 2 weeks in advance before you move out.
