Hello there!
I am looking for a housemate who is looking for a single room(or double room for couple/freinds as well)close to Cockburn area.
My house is in Aubin Grove close to the train staion and bus stop, 5 mins away from Cockburn Central by drive.
Easy to access local shops(there are several shops IGA, bottle shop, restauant etc) only takes 5 mins by walk.
And it takes only 2 mins to Woolworths and medical centre by drive as well.
My house is a 3x2 size cozy and clean place and there are 3 koreans and 2 lovely kitty cats living together now.
Rent is;
$130 per week(for a single room)
$220 per week(for a couple/2 people)
and 2 weeks bond fee is required.
all the bills and internet is included.
