Hello,
We are looking for one FEMALE to share the unit. It is in Kewdale (Belmont area- nearby Belmont forum).
You will be using a single room with queen-size bed with plenty of spaces in wardrobe.
There is a bathroom right in front of your bathroom, which you will be using by yourself most of the time.
If you have your own vehicle, you can park on the street without time restriction.
There is bus stop close from the unit. 998, 38, 288, 298, 999, 39 buses area passing through.
This is a brand-new unit with brand new furniture. So if you are looking for a place quiet, nice and tidy, this is the right placeto move in 😊 You will live with Korean and Aussie/Japanese couple.
It is $140/week including internet and entire bills. 2 weeks notice will be required if you would like to move out.
