[7601] Fantastic Share house in North Perth

Hi, guys. How are you? I'm looking for new housemate.
Rent is 110, including all bills. But, we pay extra13 dollars in the first week of the month.
This is located in North Perth. We can go to the City to get on only one bus for 1 zone. The nearest bus stop is to walk 1 minute. Also, we have free huge parking space next to our house.
Dog Swanp Shopping centre, which has Woolworth and Coles, KFC, and Hungry Jack's is quite near here.
Other housemates are Germany and Indian. That's very great English environment. They love clean. We have PS3 and like watching movies.
But, when it comes a room that I introduce, it looks corridor. There is no door. It divides between corridor and room by just curtain.
However, it doesn't matter because you save money if you have a job.
Although you don't afford to live near the City, you want. This is very good situation.
