私の友人の韓国人夫婦がハウスメイトを探していますのでご紹介します。ご連絡は英語でお願いします。

We are looking for a couple.
Available as of now, you can move in as soon as you like.
In a great location, very close to Albany Highway, 10minutes walk from Woolworth supermarket. Very convenient for buses into town.
We are all social and enjoy spending time together, hopefully you'll want to become good friends with us too.
We have a double room on offer with use of own bathroom and all communal areas.
Room comes with a bed and fitted cupboard, if you have your own furniture. Communal areas are furnished, but feel free to add things.
street parking is available.
Including all bills 240 per week
I am afraid we cannot allow pets, due to the lease agreement.
