A single own room became available and move in ready at the spacious 6 bedroom house located in Ashfield WA.
Neighborhood is very quiet and safe.
Bills are inclusive (utilities, Wifi and basic cleaning products).
Room has a single bed, desk, 2 x wardrobes, bedside table and a desk light.
No aircon in the house however, fan is available to use. Linen can be supplied.
10 minutes walk to Ashfield Train Station, 15 minutes to Perth CBD by train or car. Close to Tonkin Highway - Guilford Rd ramp, exit. FIFO worker is welcome.
Rent: $180
Bond: $360
We do have cleaning turn among housemates and quite strict. Looking for a female tenant who has respect to others, clean and tidy person who is already employed.
2 weeks notice must be given prior to move out. We also give you 2 weeks notice if you're considered not suited for this sharehouse.
Housemates are mainly Japanese.
We have one Australian tenant.
