Hi, we have a room available from 14th September for a single female in Beckenham.
Currently, there are two of us living here—one man and one girl from Japan and Korea.
Room options:
Single female: $230/week
Bond: Two weeks’ rent
Room features: Single-sized bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, desk, chair, and fan.

Kitchen with two fridges (plenty of food storage)
