I have 2 furnished rooms in my house for rent with bills included (gas electric water and internet) the 2 rooms are different sizes one is 200 per week with a double bed and wardrobe the other room 220 a week with queen bed wardrobe tallboy TV and netflix. The house is furnished also with everything you may need for a comfortable stay.
Close to Ashfield train station.
House has shared bathroom laundry with washing machine and dryer, dishwasher.
You would also be living with 1 person and a cute little dog named Bella. I can also teach some correct English.
