1 single room in Atwell. 20 minutes to Perth by train and also Vic Park on the Thornlie line. 10 minutes by bus to Cockburn Gateways shopping centre and 5 minutes by bus to closest Woolworths.
$250 per week free wifi netflix disney etc... no minimum stay.
Shared bathroom toilet with japanese sharemates only.
Fun and relaxed safe house for working holidays or students. Smoking vaping ok outside. Drinking ok. Not a party house but very friendly house.
Will suit male or female person who likes dogs.
Free use of bikes if you don't have a car.
