カニントンにあるシェアハウスを出ることになったので、次に住んでもらえる方を探しています。
・女性限定
・カルーセルショッピングモール徒歩圏内
・日本人のシェアメイトとバスルームトイレ共有
・６/17から入居可能
・週$225、光熱費インターネット費込み（7/11から週$235）
以下が韓国人オーナーからの文面となります。
Korean share house looking for a girl for sharing the house.
The house is Station street, Cannington. Drive to Carosel in 1min and easy to access many shops.
There are 4 people share the house and all girls, so we are looking for a girl (sorry boys)
If you move in, you will share a toilet and a bath with the another one, so total 2 people share the bathroom and toilet( toilet is seperate).
And you can move in from 17th of June
2 weeks bonds, 2 weeks notice.
225 dollars per week, include all the bills. However cuz of increasing the rent from landlord , 235 dollars from 11th of July.
