下記ハウスルールの詳細になります。
いろいろと書いてありますが、綺麗に使おうね、使っていない電気はこまめに消してねなどなど全て基本的なことになります！！
こちらのハウスオーナーは来年の5月頃までオーストラリアにいらっしゃらないので、現在住んでいる日本人女性1名とシェアする形になります。
また隣にハウスオーナーの義両親がお住まいなので、インスペは義両親が対応してくれます！

[House Rules]
1. **Cleanliness and Tidiness**
- Always keep your room and common areas (living room, bathroom, and toilet) clean and tidy. No food in bedroom and sofa.
- Clean the kitchen immediately after use.
2. **Energy Conservation**
- Turn off lights and heaters when not in use.
- Never leave the gas on when unattended.
- Save water and conserve energy whenever possible.
3. **Noise and Guests**
- Strictly no guests and no parties.
- Keep noise levels low, especially during the evenings.
4. **Cooking**
- Prepare simple food only; avoid cooking oily and strong-smelling dishes.
5. **Respect**
- Show respect to your housemates at all times.
6. Safety
• Never leave the gas on when unattended.
• Lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
• Do not duplicate keys or share them without consent from all housemates.
• Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately.
7. House Availability and Lease Terms
- The house is available from Monday, 27th of May;
- A stay of 6 to 12 months is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 weeks' notice is required if you decide to move out.
8. House Location and Accessibility
- The house is located in South Lake, 6164.
- It is 3 kilometers from Cockburn Central Train Station and Gateway Shopping Center.
- The closest bus station is a 5-minute walk away, with access to the 520 and 530 bus lines.
- It is a 20-minute drive to the city center.
