Single room $175/week
Couple room $250/week
The bill is included except electricity.
The house is in West Perth on Vincent Street next to Betty Park which has gym, swimming pool and spa room.
There is bus station in front of house which is one stop away from city. bus comes every 5 to 10 mins on weekdays and 2 section fee. Or it takes about 20mins by walking. there is 24hours iga and leederville cafe area in 15 mins walking distance. Phoenix Academy is in 3 mins.
It is quiet and safe area and I prefer the house to be quiet at night time and inviting friends are okay but not a party house. Also once I get all house mates, I will gather everyone and cook for everyone so we could have a time to chat. I will send you the room pic by message.
