(マスタールームにマレーシア人のカップルがいます。)
シングルルームはトイレ、バスルームをシェアになります。オウンルームです。(マスタールームはトイレ付オウンバスルームあり。)
最大限度４人
洗濯機、冷蔵庫、ダイニングテーブルセット、家具付です。各部屋にベットと箪笥あり。台所用品も付です。
近所には、
・家の目の前にバス停、バスで２０分にECU、Edith Cowan College, Joondalup Shopping Centre （車で１５分）
・家の前IGA、カフェ、レストランのある小さなショッピングコンプレックス
・Bunnings, 色々なレストラン、カフェが車で５分
ルール：
・綺麗に家を使っていただける方
・中は禁煙
・ペット禁止
インターネット: 家賃に含む
シングル：$180/週
＊ボンド：2週間分(退去時に問題がなければそのまま返金します)
