(The house currently has 2x Japanese, 1x Malaysian and 1x Vietnamese female students living there).
Comfortable room for rent in a beautiful heritage house with art decor in the heart of Inglewood! The house includes a large modern kitchen, modern bathrooms, air conditioning and is fully furnished. It is a 6 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Parking available at front or off street.
It is a very central location and only 10 minutes drive from the Perth City. The room for rent is fully furnished - bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. You will share the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and lounge rooms with housemates.
Situated near the chic Beaufort Street cafe strip with a stretch of eateries! The bus stop is only a short 2 minute walk. It is a high frequency stop where the bus comes every 3-5 minutes, and the bus ride to the Perth City is only 15/20 minutes. There is also a special bus that goes directly to the University of Western Australia. Also the house is right near Edith Cowan University campus - only a 25 minute walk (5 minute drive). Gyms and swimming pools also nearby. And to add convenience, the house is only a 15 minute walk (3 minute drive) to the Coles grocery supermarket down the road, as well as right near a chemist.
I'm looking to rent to considerate, clean and respectful tenants whom are professionals or students. You must be willing to do your share with housework roster and naturally pay rent on time. Sorry, non-smokers and drug free people only.
$180 per week including all utilities (electricity, water, gas and high speed internet) - rent must be paid 2 weeks in advance, plus a bond of 4 weeks rent upon moving in.
