Excellent location with a very short walking distance to Beaufort St, cafe's, gyms, IGA and buses. Home is surrounded thickly by trees and is very quiet.
Rent includes internet, electricity, water n house amenities. Also a washing machine and filtered water. Cosy balcony with trees.
I am looking for someone who just needs a quiet safe room to crash out or study in and who would be out most of the time. Bonus if you're in creative field!
You must be: a Non-Smoker, between 18-40yrs, working/studying/traveling full time, quiet, responsible, clean and tidy essential.
