Nice big quiet new house, looking for female boarders.
Short stay/term is ok. E.g. only a few weeks.
No minimum stay.
Other boarders are japanese, korean, singaporean and aussie.
Clean and no gardening needed.
A few minutes walk to Coles/Aldi/Woolworths and bus stop
