We are couple from Taiwan and Australia ,we are looking for female to share house with us.

We are looking for who is tidy , like to live in clean and quite house for relax
We have a cleaning roster for each housemate to keep the house clean . And we prefer for long term stay,but can discuss .
All Furnished in the room , The rent is including bills and fast nbn internet
Location is close bus/train station . by walk about 5-8minute than traveling about 10minute to city.
Woolworth, vic park shopping center and restaurants by walk around 10minute.
2weeks rent 2weeks bonds , before two weeks notice when you move out
